Asset Investment Manager – Permanent position (full time)
We are looking to appoint a candidate with experience of asset management and delivering planned investment programmes. You will have worked at a leadership level previously as you will oversee several contractors and manage a team of surveyors working across Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for driving success on planned investment programmes overseeing the management of the contracts including: program planning/scheduling works, KPI monitoring/performance improvement and management of health and safety. You will also ensure we maximise the performance of our assets utilising the insight tools we have available.
