We have exciting secondment opportunities within the Housing team and Property Services Team. We looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of a part time Complaints Customer Relationship Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to support our customers with queries through multiple channels.
About the role
The Complaints Customer Relationship Advisor role will work alongside our Customer Feedback Specialist, supporting our Housing and Community Safety teams or Property Services Teams to manage complaints from our customers.
They will work in partnership with the wider Housing team to investigate and resolve complaints and then facilitate effective learning from customer feedback within the directorate.
This roles are offered as 8-month secondments, 2 full time posts within Property Services and a part-time post, 3 days per week within Housing.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of complaint handling and resolution in a similar role and is comfortable liaising between colleagues at all levels, with the ability to guide, challenge and influence, in order to achieve best practice feedback management. The successful candidate should also be very comfortable in dealing with customers to achieve swift and mutually agreeable resolution of complaint cases.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business in order to form part of an effective team. Experience in customer service, objection handling and problem solving would be beneficial. They will have good communication skills and be able to answer queries through various channels.
