Property Maintenance Worker – Permanent position (full time) Leeds based
The main purpose of the role will be:
We are looking to appoint a competent candidate who has skills in multi trades.. You’ll need experience of property maintenance to join our Property Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for undertaking minor repairs (e.g., lock changes, installing fence posts/panels, fitting tap washers) within our tenanted and empty properties/gardens.
The role requires the postholder to be multi skilled, work with minimal direct supervision and liaise with a range of internal and external contacts including suppliers and contractors. We’ll also want to see a customer focused, caring nature and a genuine interest in our tenants. You should be reliable and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks all focused on keeping our homes maintained to the highest standards.
The role will be provided with a company vehicle and there will be travel across Yorkshire, mainly Leeds.
